The establishment of the Audit Committee is a means and infrastructure to fulfill good corporate governance (GCG) through its principles and compliance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, capital market laws and OJK regulations. This is done through effective supervision by the Board of Commissioners assisted by the Audit Committee on management actions, in this case, the Board of Directors as the executive members of the Company.

GCG Principles

Good Corporate Governance (GCG) is a key factor for underpinning the integrity and efficiency of a company.
